We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to provide proactive, high-quality technical support in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will manage company devices, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain systems, improve processes, and document technical solutions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic remote setting, delivering timely support and maintaining a strong sense of ownership over IT operations.

Accountabilities

· Manage and secure company devices using MDM solutions.

· Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

· Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems efficiently using ticketing systems like Jira (ITSM).

· Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely maintenance and support.

· Continuously seek opportunities to improve IT processes and workflows.

· Create and maintain clear technical documentation, internal wikis, and knowledge bases.

· Support end-users with Google Workspace applications and other productivity tools.

· Ensure IT security best practices are followed to mitigate potential threats.

Requirements

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT support experience.

· Proven ability to work effectively in remote environments.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

· Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices.

· Proficiency in managing devices, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).

· Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

· Flexible, patient, persistent, and capable of managing shifting priorities and deadlines.

· Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

· Preferred: prior experience in fintech or fast-paced startup environments.
