This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer (React & .NET) in Latin America.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take a lead role in delivering high-quality full-stack solutions for complex client projects. You will work across front-end and back-end systems, leveraging React and .NET technologies to build interactive, data-driven applications. This position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, ensuring that technical designs align with business outcomes. You will guide and mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and continuously improve development practices. Accountabilities:

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React for the front-end and .NET for server-side development.
Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs and integrate them with databases and cloud services.
Participate in Agile delivery by planning, estimating, and delivering assigned stories within sprints.
Mentor junior engineers and support team members in adopting best practices and improving technical skills.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to clarify requirements, iterate on solutions, and ensure business outcomes are met.
Monitor application performance, address defects, and propose enhancements for continuous improvement.
Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and documentation for development processes.

Requirements

5-8+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and building interactive, responsive user interfaces.
Expertise in .NET, C#, and building secure, efficient server-side applications with RESTful APIs.
Experience with database management and cloud-based environments.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams effectively.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
