This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Adtech Engineer (Python, SQL, JavaScript, RAG) in Latin America.

In this role, you will work at the forefront of digital advertising technology, building and automating integrations between marketing systems and advertising platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing operations, data teams, and external partners to design and implement APIs that enable advanced omni-channel campaigns. Your work will directly impact campaign efficiency, client satisfaction, and the overall effectiveness of digital marketing strategies. This is a fully remote, dynamic environment that values autonomy, creativity, and proactive problem-solving. You will also leverage AI technologies to enhance workflows, analyze data, and improve platform performance. This position is ideal for engineers passionate about adtech, large-scale data processing, and building scalable, cutting-edge solutions.

Accountabilities

Automate workflows and integrations between marketing systems and advertising platforms.
Design, develop, and implement APIs to support omni-channel marketing strategies.
Collaborate with Ad Operations and digital partners to troubleshoot, solve problems, and optimize integrations.
Work with large datasets to improve campaign targeting, performance tracking, and data accuracy.
Contribute to the adoption of AI technologies in ad operations, enhancing efficiency and insights.
Participate in cross-functional meetings, sharing technical expertise and recommending improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
4+ years of experience with Python development.
3+ years of experience working with REST APIs.
2+ years of experience with MySQL or Snowflake.
Experience with AI tools and frameworks, particularly for automation or data-driven solutions.
Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) approaches.
Advanced English proficiency for communication with US clients and international teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
