This role provides a unique opportunity to design and manage cloud infrastructure at scale while shaping DevOps practices across multiple high-impact projects. You will collaborate with globally distributed teams, balancing hands-on execution with strategic architecture decisions. The position requires expertise in cloud platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation, with exposure to multi-client environments. Accountabilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure strategies using AWS and/or Azure.
Lead architecture decisions and contribute hands-on to infrastructure deployment.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable application delivery.
Optimize infrastructure performance, security, and cost efficiency.
Implement container orchestration with Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, and ECS.
Monitor system health and manage incident response in production environments.
Collaborate with distributed teams across Latin America, US, and India.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and infrastructure roadmaps.
Utilize observability tools to maintain system reliability and performance.

Requirements

5+ years of professional DevOps experience with AWS.
Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Strong expertise with Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, and ECS migrations.
Proven experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, etc.).
Experience in incident management and 24/7 production operations.
Skilled in infrastructure cost optimization and performance tuning.
Fluent English for collaboration with international teams.
Preferred:
Experience with Azure, CloudFormation, Ansible, Jenkins, or Mux Enterprise.
Proficiency in Python or Go for scripting and automation.
Knowledge of GitHub Actions, Helm, or advanced EKS scaling strategies.
Previous consulting or multi-client project experience.
