As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the future of healthcare technology by leading the development and optimization of a Clinical Operations Platform. This position offers the opportunity to create AI-powered products that directly improve patient outcomes while streamlining processes for clinical teams. Working closely with engineers, clinicians, designers, and business leaders, you will define strategy, drive innovation, and ensure solutions scale effectively. Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for setting product direction, ensuring strong execution, and driving measurable impact. Key responsibilities include:

Defining the product vision and strategy in alignment with business growth and scalability.
Building and prioritizing the product roadmap, balancing immediate needs with long-term opportunities.
Collaborating with clinical and technical teams to identify challenges and implement innovative solutions.
Designing prototypes and pilots to validate new concepts before large-scale deployment.
Leveraging AI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency and care delivery.
Establishing and tracking key product metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
Acting as a cross-functional connector, building trust and alignment between stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring strong product leadership expertise combined with healthcare domain knowledge. Essential qualifications include:

7 to 10 years of experience in product management, ideally within healthcare technology.
7 to 10 years of professional experience in healthcare technology and clinical operations.
In-depth knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and clinical workflows (mandatory).
Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proven experience with data analysis and AI tools to drive decision-making.
Strong knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
