This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced mobile engineer to lead the transition of a native mobile application to React Native. You will work on high-impact projects that shape the user experience, improve performance, and enable rapid feature development. Accountabilities

As a Senior React Native Engineer, you will:

Lead the migration of mobile applications from native platforms (iOS/Android) to React Native.
Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user-centric mobile experiences.
Implement features, optimize performance, and address bottlenecks in React Native apps.
Architect scalable and maintainable mobile solutions aligned with business needs.
Mentor engineers, champion best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in mobile development.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2+ years with React Native.
Strong background in Android development (Kotlin/Java) and familiarity with native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C).
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and component-based architecture in React Native.
Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Proven mentoring ability and experience guiding teams on architecture and implementation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with React-Native-Web and Expo is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
