This role is designed for a technically savvy professional who thrives at the intersection of product expertise and customer engagement. You will partner closely with sales teams to demonstrate how complex software solutions address client needs, transform workflows, and improve operational outcomes. Accountabilities:

· Collaborate with sales teams to deliver personalized product demonstrations and facilitate structured product trials.

· Support the sales process by developing technical and commercial strategies that address complex client requirements.

· Lead responses to RFPs and provide detailed, accurate documentation for prospective clients.

· Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights to inform solution development and enhancements.

· Design and maintain demo environments that showcase product capabilities and enable repeatable, scalable presentations.

· Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met while maintaining alignment with business and technical priorities.

· Contribute to process improvements, ensuring the solutions engineering function scales efficiently with growth.

Requirements

· Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar role supporting complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles.

· Familiarity with talent acquisition or HR workflows and an understanding of customer pain points.

· Strong product expertise and ability to communicate complex concepts simply and effectively.

· Experience creating and delivering tailored demos and solutions that highlight business value.

· Excellent problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and ability to learn quickly.

· Ability to collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and internal teams professionally.

· Bonus: experience with demo infrastructure, ATS systems, value engineering, or consulting.
