As a Sr. Software Engineer II, you will be an integral member of a cross-functional team developing a cutting-edge AI-first platform. You will take ownership of critical features, design and implement cloud-native APIs and services, and contribute to the evolution of the platform’s architecture. Collaborating closely with product, design, and AI teams, you will deliver high-impact, scalable solutions that enhance user experience and drive innovation. The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with modern technologies, making meaningful contributions to products used by thousands of professionals globally.

Accountabilities:

Design and develop full-stack applications, including cloud-native APIs and front-end experiences.
Lead and contribute to key architectural decisions and mid-sized engineering projects.
Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to deliver AI-powered workflows and features.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across the technology stack.
Continuously improve platform performance, reliability, and developer experience.
Participate in code reviews, mentor team members, and promote a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.
Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Experience with scalable microservice architectures; familiarity with AWS is preferred.
Knowledge of GraphQL, event-driven systems (Kafka/SQS), and distributed databases.
Experience delivering high-quality features in agile development environments.
Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and modern AI tools is a plus.
