About the Role:
The JumpCloud Talent Attraction team is looking for a highly-motivated, fully-remote, Mexico-based Full Cycle Recruiter to expand the JumpCloud team in LATAM and help build a world class team that is reimagining the Directory space. You’ll be working with a wide range of executives and people leaders across the organization to determine hiring needs and foster a referral-friendly environment. We are eager to upgrade our team with a self-driven recruiter who manages change smoothly, while maintaining a great attitude.

The Full Cycle Recruiter will be instrumental in scaling JumpCloud by sourcing, engaging, and screening high-impact talent across various functions. Operating remotely in Mexico and reporting to Michelle Hays, this role is critical for building the teams that will define JumpCloud's future growth. You will be responsible for creating strong relationships with hiring managers and optimizing our highly efficient hiring processes to ensure the timely delivery of top performers.
Responsibilities

To source, review, engage and screen sales, marketing, legal, professional services, customer success, finance and operations candidates for our rapidly growing organization

Drive candidates through the recruiting cycle, keeping our ATS up to date at all times

Engage with Hiring Managers on hiring needs while maintaining full responsibility for assigned roles

Create and manage job postings and offer approvals

Create an exceptional candidate experience for all potential JumpCloudians

Qualifications

5+ years of recruiting experience

Ability to manage change effectively and to work successfully in a fast-paced environment

Great communication skills

Ability to work on a variety of roles (marketing, customer success, technical support, sales, finance etc) roles simultaneously

Agency experience preferred
