About the Team:
We're seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support our dynamic legal team of three attorneys and one senior paralegal in a cutting edge technology company. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle diverse legal and administrative responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing: Document Management & Administrative Functions

Format and manage legal documents including contracts, agreements, NDAs, and corporate filings

Preparing standardized forms/templates with little direction

Coordinate document execution through DocuSign and other e-signature platforms

Maintain organized filing systems for digital legal documents

Assist with contract lifecycle management and tracking key dates and renewals

What You'll Be Doing: Technology & Software Support

Utilize Google Workspace for document collaboration, calendar management, and communication

Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel for matter tracking and reporting

Support legal technology initiatives and help optimize legal process workflows

What You'll Be Doing: Administrative Functions

Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling

Serve as liaison between legal team and other departments

Support compliance initiatives and filings

Cap table management - e.g., option grants

International entity management

We’re looking for:

Legal assistant or legal support experience, preferably in corporate or technology law

Proficiency in DocuSign for document execution and workflow management

Intermediate skills in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

Experience with Carta and Concord platforms is preferred

Word, Adobe Acrobat and Excel capabilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Experience using AI tools for research and drafting

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in technology, software, or startup environments

Familiarity with contract management systems

Knowledge of corporate law, employment law, or intellectual property

Legal studies coursework
