What You’ll Do

Own a market — you will be focused on a specific industry based on your prior experience, and you’ll be responsible for growing it as if it were your own business.
Run high-impact demos that clearly show prospects how our SmartBox product solves their operational challenges.
Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and close.
Experiment and adapt — try new outreach methods, refine your pitch, and find creative ways to break through.
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success.

Requirements

Who You Are

4+ years of B2B SaaS or high-velocity sales experience with a track record of consistently closing new business.
A self-starter who’s energized by ownership — you don’t just run plays, you create them.
Resilient and resourceful — you keep moving after rejection and find new ways to win.
Passionate about learning products and showing customers how they can transform operations.
Startup-minded — flexible, collaborative, and willing to contribute beyond your immediate role.

Nice to Have

Sales experience in industries like hospitality, property management, fleet/logistics, facilities/security, or government services.
Background in IoT, access control, or hardware-enabled SaaS.
Sales experience in first responder or energy sectors.
