Job Overview
We are looking for a Brand & Creative Strategist for LATAM, you will lead LBX’s regional brand identity, campaign vision, and creative direction, crafting culturally relevant messaging and concepts that resonate with Latin American traders and strengthen brand trust and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead LBX LATAM’s creative strategy, defining campaign ideas, messaging, tone of voice, and brand direction for the region
- Create campaigns that grow brand awareness, attract new traders, and position LBX as a leading CFD broker in LATAM
- Adapt global brand campaigns and assets into culturally relevant ideas for Latin American audiences
- Act as the main connection between the LATAM team and the global Creative Studio in Cyprus, ensuring campaigns are locally relevant and execution-ready
- Manage and mentor the Social Media & Content Manager, guiding content strategy and creative execution across channels
- Maintain brand consistency across messaging, visuals, and regional communications
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure campaigns meet regulatory requirements
- Support IB and Affiliate teams with co-branded assets and campaign toolkits
- Identify regional trends, cultural moments, and market opportunities to create timely and engaging campaigns
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when needed while maintaining creative quality standards
- Track campaign and brand performance, using insights to continuously improve creative strategy
Requirements
- 6–10 years of brand strategy, creative strategy, or integrated marketing experience — ideally with time spent at an agency and on the client side
- Proven track record of building or relaunching a brand in LATAM from the ground up, or leading regional creative for a global brand in Latin America
- Deep cultural fluency across key LATAM markets
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or another regulated, trust-sensitive category
- Strong conceptual thinking: you can develop a campaign idea from brief to presentation with clarity and conviction
- Experience managing or mentoring creative or content team members
- Familiarity with compliance review processes for financial content
- English proficiency
