We’re looking for a Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance Clinical Specialist I (HRCS I) to join our Compliance team and contribute to the growth of our Compliance Library and knowledge base.

As a Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance Clinical Specialist I, you will:

Develop and update compliance templates, policies, checklists, and competency assessments.
Research, interpret, and link federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and evidence-based practices to MedTrainer solutions.
Create healthcare policies and resources using both regulatory knowledge and AI tools.
Maintain taxonomy and metadata standards for efficient organization of compliance documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of compliance projects.
Take initiative to improve processes, while adapting quickly to new priorities and technologies.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Certifications

Licensed Registered Nurse in Mexico (Required).
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related health sciences (Required).
Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (Preferred).

Experience

2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, or related).
Experience as a mentor, supervisor, or in clinical improvement projects.
Exposure to compliance or privacy programs involving regulations and standards of care.
Experience creating policies, procedures, or compliance documents (preferred).
Familiarity with AI tools for professional or personal use (preferred).

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance practices, and patient care standards.
Ability to analyze and apply regulations to develop actionable resources.
Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software.
Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment, and accountable for daily progress.
