THE ROLE
Influencer marketing is one of the most powerful tools in the NoGigiddy playbook — and we need someone to run it. As our Influencer Outreach Coordinator, you'll identify, pitch, and manage creator partnerships that introduce NoGigiddy to new audiences. No degree required — just an understanding of the creator landscape and the hustle to build real relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and identify creators and influencers aligned with NoGigiddy's audience across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X
Conduct outbound outreach with personalized pitches that actually get responses
Negotiate partnership terms — content deliverables, timelines, and compensation
Manage active influencer relationships and ensure deliverables are met on schedule
Brief creators on campaign goals, messaging, and compliance requirements
Track campaign performance — reach, clicks, conversions, and ROI
Maintain a pipeline of prospective and active creator partnerships
REQUIREMENTS
No degree required
Knowledge of the influencer and creator landscape across major platforms
Strong written communication — your pitches need to stand out
Organized and detail-oriented — managing multiple partnerships simultaneously
Comfortable with influencer platforms (AspireIQ, Creator.co, or similar) a plus
Self-starter with the persistence to keep outreach moving
