Junior Creative Designer

Ottimate is an AI-powered AP [Accounts Payable] automation platform that empowers finance teams to reduce costs, prevent overpayments, detect fraud, and enforce policy compliance across the entire invoice-to-payment lifecycle.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Junior Creative Designer to join our marketing team and bring our brand to life through compelling visuals and engaging content. You’ll collaborate closely with marketers, content creators, and product teams to design assets that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-impact marketing materials, including website assets, email graphics, landing pages, social media visuals, and ad creatives.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity, ensuring all visuals align with Ottimate’s brand guidelines and voice.
• Support content marketing efforts by creating engaging infographics, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
• Collaborate on campaign ideation, bringing fresh visual concepts to demand generation, product marketing, and customer success initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to enhance the customer journey through design.
• Stay ahead of design trends and best B2B SaaS and fintech marketing practices.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related role (preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or tech marketing).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
• Strong understanding of marketing design principles, including conversion-focused design and user engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Showcasing team member attributes, as you are good at collaboration.
• Excellent English communication skills
