Our client is looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist with experience in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media through Gorgias
Manage and track orders, returns, and exchanges using Shopify
Resolve product or order-related issues with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to improve the customer experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

Requirements

Proven experience in a DTC company
Strong proficiency with Gorgias and Shopify
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and provide timely, empathetic support
