We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal or Legal Assistant with U.S. law experience to support our client, a reputable law firm specializing in family law. This fully remote position requires expertise in family law procedures and the ability to provide high-quality administrative and legal support to attorneys.

Responsibilities:

Handle a high-volume caseload of family law matters.
Draft and file legal motions, pleadings, and other court documents.
Manage heavy client interaction — both written and verbal.
Prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
De-escalate stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate and organized case files.
Utilize legal software and various applications to support clients efficiently.
Collaborate closely with attorneys and other legal staff as needed.

Requirements

Prior experience in family law (required).
