Our client is a boutique consulting and marketing firm that specializes in go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, and digital transformation for businesses.

The firm primarily works with companies to:

  • Design go-to-market strategies: Define ideal customer profiles, value propositions, and buyer personas.
  • Build brand equity: Create strategic brand positioning, storytelling, and visual brand identity.
  • Drive commercial growth: Align sales strategies, conduct market research, and optimize customer experiences.

About the Role

The founder manages multiple businesses across e-commerce brands, international operations, and logistics, alongside frequent travel and a fast-moving entrepreneurial schedule. Despite a constant flow of business insights, operational experiences, and strategic moments, content production has not yet reached its full potential.

This role exists to change that. The Head of Content will act as a trusted creative and strategic partner, transforming day-to-day business activity—ideas, meetings, travel, and operational experiences—into high-performing content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, helping build a strong and recognizable personal brand in the French-speaking market.

This is both a creative and strategic role for someone who thinks like a content strategist, operates like a creative director, and moves like a social-native creator. The right person can take raw footage or a simple business story and immediately identify the hook, angle, format, and execution needed to turn it into engaging content.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal profile is someone who consumes French-language content obsessively, who understands precisely why certain Reels get millions of views while others die at 200, and who can apply that understanding systematically. They watch a raw clip from a warehouse visit in Guangzhou and immediately see three different hooks, two possible formats, and a caption that will make people tag their friends. They don't need to be told what to post — they already have three ideas ready. They are a content operator in the fullest sense: strategic, creative, organized, and fast.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

– Own the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

– Develop weekly and monthly content plans aligned with key business moments

– Build thematic pillars, narrative arcs, and recurring formats that create recognizable brand

consistency

– Identify trends early and capitalize on them before they peak

– Build and manage a testing framework to continuously improve hooks, formats, and

messaging

Day-to-Day Content Operations

– Plan and brief daily Stories, Reels, and short-form content

– Write all captions, hooks, and on-screen text with a strong, authentic editorial voice

– Analyze raw footage or voice notes and instantly identify the right angle, structure, and hook

– Coordinate video editors, videographers, and thumbnail designers to ensure quality

execution

– Maintain consistent daily and weekly content output with minimal founder involvement

Creative Development

– Produce hooks, taglines, and titles that stop the scroll — and keep people watching to the

end

– Develop clipping and repurposing strategies to maximize the value of long-form content

– Transform business situations — operations, supplier visits, meetings, travel — into engaging

content

– Build and maintain a consistent personal brand narrative across all platforms

– Stay ahead of algorithm changes and adapt content strategy accordingly

Performance & Iteration

– Analyze analytics data to understand what retains, engages, and converts

– Identify and scale winning formats and angles

– Regularly test new formats, hooks, narrative structures, and content types

– Share performance insights with the founder and translate them into concrete strategic

adjustments

Team Coordination (Long-Term)

– Progressively build and coordinate a full creative team: editors, videographers, assistants,

designers

– Brief, manage, and validate the work of creative team members to ensure quality and brand

consistency

– Set up systems and processes that allow production to scale without loss of quality

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

– Must be open to working Dubai hours (ideally based in Europe or North Africa)

– Native or equivalent level of English & French — all content and communication is conducted in French

– Deep, authentic mastery of the Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts ecosystems

– Strong understanding of hooks, retention, virality, and the psychology of short-form content

– Ability to consistently generate high volumes of quality creative ideas

– Strong copywriting skills: captions, hooks, titles, and storytelling

– Comfortable in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with high autonomy

– Proactive, organized, and results-oriented — brings ideas without being asked

Differentiators (Valued, Not Required)

– Experience working with personal brands, entrepreneurs, or content creators

– Knowledge of AI tools for content ideation and production

– Comfortable with occasional travel to Dubai for on-site shoots and collaborations

– Experience in a high-growth environment (startup, scale-up, agency)

Formal experience as a Head of Content is NOT required. What matters most: your creative instinct, your understanding of modern content, your ability to execute with urgency, and your genuine passion for building something people actually watch.
