Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and submission of immigration petitions and applications.
Conduct legal research and compile supporting documentation for immigration cases.
Maintain organized files and documentation for ongoing cases.
Engage with clients and government agencies to gather necessary information and provide updates on case statuses.
Draft legal documents, including forms, letters, and written submissions.

Requirements
