About the Role
Weโre hiring a high-performing Inbound Sales & Appointment Specialist to support a fast-growing residential and commercial exterior cleaning company.
This role is focused on converting warm inbound leads into booked jobs. You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out for window cleaning servicesโhandling inquiries, building trust quickly, and guiding them through scheduling and service options.
This is a performance-driven sales role, where speed to lead, communication quality, and closing ability directly impact revenue and personal earnings. Ideal for someone who enjoys structured phone conversations, helping customers make decisions, and working in a fast-paced, measurable environment.
What Youโll Do
- Manage all inbound leads and customer inquiries via phone, text, and CRM (Housecall Pro)
- Respond quickly to new inquiries and follow up with potential customers
- Schedule appointments and manage booking coordination
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer communication
- Convert inbound leads into booked services using consultative sales techniques
- Upsell recurring service plans (monthly, quarterly, biannual) and one-time cleanings
- Apply a quarterly-first sales approach with strategic downselling when appropriate
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all customer interactions and job details
- Base Pay: $8/hour ($320/week full-time) equivalent to $1300
- Commission: 2% on revenue above $8K/week
- Bonus: $10 per recurring service plan sold
- Performance Requirement: Minimum 30% conversion rate to qualify for bonuses
- Can potentially make $3000 by end of month if performance is amazing
Requirements
- Fluent English with clear, neutral, and professional verbal communication
- Experience in phone-based sales, inbound closing, or appointment setting
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (Housecall Pro or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations efficiently
