About the Role
Our client is hiring detail-oriented Marketing Data Entry Specialists to support their media buying and operations team. This role is primarily focused on inputting and maintaining Meta Ads data into internal dashboards and Google Sheets.
This is not a creative marketing roleβit is a precision-based, execution role where accuracy and consistency are critical. Youβll be handling structured, repetitive tasks that directly impact reporting and campaign performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input Meta Ads data into dashboards and Google Sheets
- Maintain and update campaign data (spend, performance metrics, campaign structure)
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
- Follow SOPs for data entry and reporting workflows
- Support general administrative and data-related tasks
- Ensure data is clean, organized, and up to date for the media buying team
Schedule & Availability
Weekday Roles (2 hires β Monday to Friday):
- Shift 1: 8:00 AM β 4:00 PM
- Shift 2: 4:00 PM β 12:00 AM
Weekend Roles (4 hires β Saturday & Sunday):
- Shift 1: 8:00 AM β 4:00 PM
- Shift 2: 4:00 PM β 12:00 AM

Hiring Process
- Candidates will complete a short data entry assessment via Testlify to evaluate accuracy and attention to detail
Compensation
- $1,200 β $1,500/month (depending on experience)

Requirements
- Fluent English with clear, neutral, and professional verbal communication
- Experience with Meta Ads or marketing data
- Familiarity with metrics such as CPA, CPC, and ROAS
- Previous experience handling or inputting ad performance data
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Ability to follow structured, repetitive processes consistently
