In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing, purchasing, and managing road bike components that align with our customer’s needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify reliable suppliers of road bike components, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
Negotiate competitive pricing and favorable terms with suppliers to maximize profit margins and enhance product offerings.
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and forecast demand effectively.
Oversee inventory management to ensure the availability of popular components while minimizing excess stock.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to develop promotional strategies and product launches.
Implement strategies to analyze product performance, enabling adjustments to improve sales outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and support long-term partnerships.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or buying, specifically in the cycling or sporting goods sector.
