Position Overview:
We are expanding rapidly and are seeking two skilled and motivated Appointment Setters to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in our growth by initiating conversations with attorneys, qualifying their interests, and ultimately setting appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys, initiating conversations to gauge interest in our podcast services.
- Engage in meaningful dialogues by asking insightful questions and effectively handling objections.
- Demonstrate persistence through consistent follow-up until clear decisions are made (yes or no).
- Schedule calls for our team with interested leads.
- Maintain organization of leads using our CRM and scheduling tools.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or business development roles (SDR, BDR).
- Strong capability in outreach and follow-up communications.
- Comfortable engaging with legal professionals and navigating gatekeepers.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, confident speaking on calls.
- High degree of organization and a self-motivated work ethic.
- Experience working with lawyers or marketing agencies is a significant advantage.
- Native English speaker preferred.
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling software.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for starting conversations and building rapport.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle objections gracefully.

Benefits
- Salary: $2,400 β $2,500 per month.
- Bonus Structure:
- $25 for each appointment that leads to a contract sent.
- $75 for any client purchase.
