About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our global payments ecosystem across three brands. This role will drive payment processing, conversion, customer and merchant experiences, and operational scalability by delivering new payment capabilities, optimizing payment outcomes across the customer journey, and partnering cross-functionally to support business growth.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Finance, Operations, and external payment partners to build and improve payment solutions across customer payments, merchant payouts, and payment operations. The ideal candidate has experience working with payment platforms, strong analytical skills, and a passion for using technology and AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation.
What You'll Do
Own and execute the global payments product roadmap across three brands, delivering scalable payment capabilities that support business growth.
Define product strategy and requirements for payment methods, checkout experiences, and payment partnerships, collaborating with Engineering and Design from discovery through delivery.
Analyze payment performance, customer insights, and market trends to improve conversion, authorization rates, payment acceptance, fraud prevention, operational efficiency, and overall customer experience.
Define, monitor, and optimize key payment KPIs, using data and experimentation to prioritize product investments and measure success.
Lead integrations with payment processors, gateways, fraud providers, and other strategic payment partners to expand platform capabilities.
Partner with Payment Operations, Finance, to improve payment workflows, reporting, reconciliation, and the scalability of the payments ecosystem.
Drive cross-functional alignment by communicating roadmap priorities, product requirements, and delivery status while representing customer and business needs throughout the product lifecycle.
Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate research, documentation, prototyping, automation, and product execution, improving both team productivity and customer outcomes.
Qualifications
Required
3–5 years of Product Management experience, including experience with payments, fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces, travel, SaaS, or other transaction-based products.
Understanding of payment ecosystems, including gateways, processors, payment methods, and operational workflows.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to use data to support product decisions and prioritize work.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience writing product requirements and managing product backlogs.
History of working directly with engineers to solve hard problems.
English is our business language, full proficiency is required.
Preferred
Experience with payment providers such as Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, Braintree, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with merchant payouts, refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, and payment operations.
Experience working in a multi-brand or multi-product environment.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to build prototypes, automations, workflows, or other solutions that improve product development and business processes.
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical product concepts.
