What You’ll Do

Own the calendar: Manage meetings, calls, and travel with foresight — not just scheduling, but optimizing how each day runs.
Manage communication: Review, draft, and prioritize emails so nothing important gets buried.
Prepare and follow through: Set up meetings, capture notes, and track follow-ups until every action is complete.
Keep accountability on track: Ensure projects move forward and deadlines are met by coordinating across teams.
Stay organized: Maintain systems that make information, files, and next steps easy to find and act on.
Support internal engagement: Help plan and track team initiatives and morale activities.
Represent leadership well: Communicate with professionalism and discretion when coordinating with internal and external partners.

Requirements

What You Bring

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills — able to juggle multiple moving parts.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with professional polish.
A proactive, “see it, solve it” mindset — you anticipate needs before they’re voiced.
Discretion and maturity when handling confidential information.
Confidence using digital tools for scheduling, task tracking, and document management.
A calm, steady presence in a fast-moving environment.
