CRM Specialist (Klaviyo & Email Marketing)
Role Overview
A fast-growing US-based company is looking for a CRM Specialist, a key role within the marketing team focused on building, optimizing, and executing high-performing email campaigns.
This position is designed for a hands-on profile with strong experience in Klaviyo, capable of creating visually engaging campaigns while ensuring performance, deliverability, and seamless rendering across devices and email clients.
Responsabilities:
β Build and execute image-based email campaigns in Klaviyo with a strong focus on conversion.
β Design and optimize emails for dark mode rendering across different devices and clients.
β Develop and manage automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, retention, etc.).
β Implement audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalization.
β Run and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance.
β Ensure best practices in email deliverability, including structure, load times, and compliance.
β Optimize emails for mobile rendering and cross-platform compatibility.
β Apply fallback strategies (alt text, layout structure) to ensure usability across email clients.
β Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align messaging and visual assets.
Requirements:
β Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo (REQUIRED).
β Experience building image-heavy email templates with strong attention to detail.
β Solid understanding of email rendering limitations across devices and clients.
β Knowledge of dark mode optimization, alt text usage, and fallback best practices.
β Experience with segmentation, flow logic, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
β Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
β Attention to detail and focus on user experience and visual quality.
