About our hiring partner

Our hiring partner is revolutionizing subscription management in the Shopify ecosystem. They've grown to become a substantial player in the market, surpassing $20 million in ARR. With approximately 65 employees worldwide, they've achieved this growth organically through relationship building and referrals. Their platform helps merchants manage subscriptions, allowing customers to view recurring products, change variations, skip months, or gift subscriptions to friends.

As a Software Engineer, you will help build the future of subscription management in the Shopify ecosystem. You'll work closely with the team to design, implement and ship features that improve the platform for thousands of merchants and customers.

Your day-to-day will involve tackling projects from designing business logic and API's, to crafting intuitive, performant user experiences. You'll have the opportunity to own features end-to-end, contribute to architectural decisions, and help scale as the platform grows.

They're looking for high-caliber engineers who love solving complex problems, writing clean code, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

What they look for:

- Proficient in modern programming languages (they use Typescript and Postgres, but welcome engineers from all backgrounds)

- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and design patterns

- Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment

- (Nice to have) experience with Shopify or ecommerce space
