Integrations and Certifications Specialist(Payment Industry)

Duties & Responsibilities:
β Support Certification and Integration team members
β Provide technical and operational guidance for integrations and certification tasks
β Act as the fallback for the Assistant Manager Certifications and Integrations
β Ensure clear task prioritization and effective workload distribution
β Drive adherence to departmental KPIs and integration delivery targets
β Adhere to agreed plans and schedules to deliver certifications and client integrations on time
β Act as the main escalation point for complex or high-severity certification and integration issues
β Own and oversee the end-to-end integration lifecycle for new and existing clients covering H2H,
APIs, Webhooks, SFTP, VPNs, IPs and any new integration method that client adopts in future.
β Own the end to end testing of any integration including the contents of interface files
β Coordinate with Technical Units to ensure interface requirements are clearly defined and
successfully delivered
β Align and manage connectivity setups including SFTPs, VPNs, secure file transfers, IPs and
external system access for all entities
β Oversee connectivity requirements to ensure stable and secure communication channels
β Be client facing and support clients with technical queries related to interface behavior and
configuration requirements
β Ensure all integration-related JIRA tickets (incidents, client inquiries, service requests, and
change requests) are created, tracked, resolved, and documented effectively
β Support the execution of online and clearing test cases based on scheme or third-party test plans
β Support the completion and review of scheme-required documentation and form submissions
β Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with clients, card schemes, third parties,
and internal stakeholders
β Provide consistent progress updates and escalation summaries to management
β Contribute to the continuous enhancement of certification and integration delivery processes
and standards
β Perform any other assigned tasks as required
