About the job

We are seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer (AI and Technology) for a 6-month contract to join our global team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and engaging top talent worldwide, with a strong focus on AI and technology profiles. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure we connect with the best candidates in the market. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a fast-growing, international, and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements across multiple departments.
Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and Boolean search techniques.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a smooth handoff to recruiters.
Collaborate with employer branding and marketing teams to promote job opportunities and enhance candidate engagement.
Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to improve sourcing strategy.
Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to support talent mapping.
