Are you a strategic HR leader who thrives on shaping total rewards and driving team success? We are looking for a Director of Total Rewards to lead our global compensation, benefits, and recognition strategy. In this role, you will develop departmental plans, set operational priorities, and lead multiple high-performing teams to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of managers and senior professional employees (including M2, P4, and P3 levels). You’ll be accountable for team performance, resource allocation, and executing department business plans.

  • Total Rewards Strategy: Oversee the design and execution of comprehensive benefit, compensation, and recognition programs aligned with corporate objectives.

  • Global Governance: For candidates outside the India and United States regions, you must be willing to serve as a local internal subsidiary director. You will represent the entity in-country for governance matters, backed by full support from our corporate teams.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with and influence senior division executives, external vendors, and regulators to drive business results.

  • Experience: 8–12 years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in team management.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or relevant HR/Total Rewards certifications are highly preferred.

  • Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of industry standards, department dynamics, and the ability to resolve complex, multi-dimensional business problems.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing multiple related teams, setting organizational priorities, and developing impactful policies.

  • Language: Advanced/Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) is required for global collaboration.
