We’re looking for a Retail Specialist (Retail Project Manager) to coordinate the planning, launch, and operational performance of our U.S. retail stores. From the first pilots to 100+ locations by 2027, you’ll be at the center of one of our most ambitious growth projects.

What You’ll Do

Lead retail store launches: Own planning, timelines, and execution with vendors and internal teams.
Vendor management & compliance: Be the main liaison, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and cost structures are met.
P&L validation & reporting: Work closely with Finance to track profitability, budgets, and store KPIs.
Cross-functional leadership: Align with Marketing, Merchandising, Ops, IT, and Legal to ensure flawless launches.
AI-driven innovation: Identify and implement technology and process improvements to scale operations and customer experience.

What Success Looks Like
- Within 30 days: Fully integrated into Trafilea’s systems, meetings, and retail strategy.
- Within 90 days: Leading multiple store launches with 100% milestone delivery.
- By 2026: Successfully support the launch of 10 profitable retail stores with 15–20% margin.
- By 2027: Scale operations to 100+ stores, ensuring sustainable profitability and standardization.
