We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with strong WordPress and CRM (Zoho/GoHighLevel) experience to build, automate, and optimize our marketing systems, funnels, and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who loves the technical side of marketing — integrating tools, tracking performance, and ensuring all automation flows work seamlessly to support the marketing and sales process.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and operations teams to create high-converting campaigns, automate lead journeys, and manage website and funnel performance.

Key Responsibilities

Build, optimize, and manage automated marketing workflows using Zoho, GoHighLevel, and related CRM tools.
Manage and update WordPress pages (Elementor/Divi), ensuring integration with automation systems and lead capture forms.
Create, test, and monitor multi-step funnels for campaigns, including email, SMS, and landing pages.
Analyze funnel performance and conversion data to identify and implement optimizations.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation and nurturing strategies.
Manage website integrations with CRM, analytics, and ad tracking tools.
Set up and manage automations for ad tracking, form fills, and contact scoring.
Support A/B testing, campaign reporting, and optimization based on metrics and insights.
Create and maintain system documentation for workflows, automations, and integrations.

3–5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, or technical digital marketing roles.
Hands-on experience with Zoho and GoHighLevel is a must.
Proficiency in WordPress (Divi/Elementor) and understanding of web funnels.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign performance metrics, and conversion optimization.
Experience managing email, SMS, and funnel automations using CRM and third-party integrations (Zapier, etc.).
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and ad tracking setups (Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager).
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and design teams.
Basic design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe CC for simple layouts and creatives.
Highly analytical, data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
Experience working in SaaS or tech-driven marketing environments preferred.
