Marketing Data & Performance Ops Specialist
The Marketing Performance Operations Specialist supports the demand generation team by managing paid media reporting, attribution, tracking implementation, and marketing data systems.
This role ensures campaign performance is accurately measured and provides actionable insights that help the paid media team optimize budgets and improve lead generation outcomes.

Reports to: Head of Growth
What You Will Own
Build and maintain paid media performance dashboards
Monitor marketing attribution and conversion tracking accuracy
Connect advertising platforms with internal data systems such as Salesforce and analytics tools
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reporting for marketing leadership
Assist with campaign tagging, tracking parameters, and data hygiene
Identify trends and performance insights across channels
Support budget pacing and forecasting models
Assist with campaign experiment analysis and reporting
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
4+ years experience in marketing analytics, marketing ops, or performance marketing reporting
Experience working with Google Analytics, advertising platform reporting, SQL and BI reporting tools (Snowflake preferred)
Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills
Familiarity with marketing attribution and conversion tracking - specifically incrementality studies.
Experience with Salesforce reporting
Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
