OVERVIEWWe are searching for a Solutions Architect to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. You will work with an amazing team, building relationships and ensuring the products and services offered by SalesCloser.ai are utilized by clients throughout Canada and the US.
The Solutions Architect is responsible for showcasing, teaching, and guiding new customers on how to properly set up and configure AI agents using the platform. This role does not focus on building every agent on behalf of the client, but instead ensures customers understand best practices, configurations, and workflows so they can successfully create and manage their own AI agents.
Acting as a key bridge between Sales, Technical Account Managers, and Customer Success, this role owns the onboarding experience from kickoff through handoff, ensuring customers leave onboarding confident, informed, and aligned with platform standards. In collaboration with the Customer Success Department, the Solutions Architect is responsible for the success of SalesCloser.ai. RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead onboarding sessions that demonstrate how to set up, configure, and manage AI agents.• Educate customers on best practices and recommended configurations for building effective AI agents.• Help customers translate their business goals into clear agent structures, prompts, workflows, and inputs.• Guide clients through onboarding steps while empowering them to complete configurations independently.• Set and manage onboarding expectations in collaboration with Sales and Technical Account Managers.• Maintain proactive communication with customers, providing updates, feedback, and clear next steps.• Collect and validate required information and assets needed for successful agent creation.• Oversee onboarding timelines, milestones, and scheduled tasks.• Ensure onboarding completion meets client expectations and internal quality standards.• Identify knowledge gaps and provide additional guidance, training, or documentation as needed.• Coordinate a smooth handoff to the Customer Success Team Lead once onboarding is complete.• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS• Minimum 3 years of experience in client onboarding, enablement, implementation support, or customer success roles.• Experience teaching or guiding customers through technical or semi-technical tools.• Strong ability to explain complex concepts in clear, non-technical language.• Client-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills.• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple onboarding processes.• Comfortable working cross-functionally while owning the onboarding experience.• As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment• Organized, administratively strong, great time management, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset
WORK ENVIRONMENT• It is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, and headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection. Certain roles will be required to utilize and or download company-approved software.• The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours on Pacific Time.• Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds, including conducting employment references, criminal record, and credit checks.• Once hired, the successful candidate must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address as part of their onboarding process.
