Role Overview:
As a Multimedia Artist, you will be responsible for maintaining and executing the brand’s visual identity across all digital touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of design and multimedia, with a strong emphasis on producing high-quality social media graphics while supporting video editing and motion design needs. You will work closely with the Creative Content Associate to translate creative direction into polished, on-brand assets.
This is a highly execution-focused role that requires both independence and attention to detail. You will also play a key role in upholding design quality by reviewing and guiding junior designers’ output. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured creative systems, values consistency, and can balance speed with precision in a fast-paced environment.
Your Impact
You will ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across all visual outputs, directly contributing to stronger brand recognition and audience engagement. Your work will streamline content production through scalable design systems and reusable assets. By maintaining quality control across all deliverables—including those produced by interns—you will elevate overall creative standards. Additionally, your multimedia support will enhance the team’s ability to produce engaging video and motion content efficiently.
Core Responsibilities
Design Execution & Brand Consistency – 60%
- Create high-quality, on-brand social media graphics optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Ensure consistency in typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy across all assets
- Export and resize assets according to platform-specific requirements and specifications
- Build and maintain reusable templates, component libraries, and design systems
- Support the migration and standardization of design assets within Figma
Multimedia Support (Video & Motion) – 40%
- Edit short-form video content using Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Support long-form video production as needed
- Create and animate motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools
- Optimize visual assets for web performance, including compression and formatting
- Collaborate with the Creative Content Associate on multimedia projects
Design Review & Quality Control – Ongoing
- Review Multimedia Design interns’ work against brand guidelines
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve output quality
- Step in to revise or rework assets when necessary to meet standards
Requirements
Must-Haves (Required)
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static design and video/motion work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficiency in Figma, including component-based design systems
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects
- Strong understanding of design systems and scalable content creation
- Ability to provide clear, constructive visual feedback to other designers
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
- Experience with Canva for templated design work
- Experience with CapCut for short-form video editing
- Familiarity with Jitter for motion design
- Background in brand identity or styleguide development
- Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams
