Own end-to-end delivery of integration projects — from technical discovery and design through deployment — partnering closely with Product, Implementation, and clients to ensure alignment and impact.
Evaluate scope and requirements critically: surface ambiguities early, challenge assumptions, and reframe trade-offs to ensure clarity before execution.
Communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively through tickets, stand-ups, and async updates, ensuring clarity and predictability for teammates and stakeholders.
Contribute thoughtful, detailed peer reviews that raise the bar for code quality, maintainability, and extensibility.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying technical debt, proposing design or tooling enhancements, and sharing best practices that improve team velocity and reliability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with empathy and clarity, ensuring requirements are well-scoped and trade-offs are clearly communicated.

About the Team

A fast-moving Integration squad connecting banking COREs to Clutch’s platform.
Success hinges less on raw code complexity and more on understanding product context, making sound trade-offs, and coordinating with multiple parties.
We collaborate closely with Product, clients, and other engineering teams to deliver production-ready integrations quickly.
Transparency and balanced workload are core values: everyone is expected to surface blockers early and help redistribute work when needed.
We champion autonomy—engineers are trusted to take initiative, switch contexts effectively, and push changes all the way to production.

What You’ll Do

Within 3 months, you will:

Debug and resolve issues independently, providing clear root-cause analysis and documenting learnings.
Take ownership of smaller features end-to-end, from clarifying requirements to deployment.
Build working knowledge of multiple core integrations and explain their impact on the product.
Proactively ask questions, surface risks, and challenge assumptions early to improve clarity and scope of work.

Within 6 months, you will:

Drive predictable delivery by proactively communicating progress, risks, and blockers without being prompted.
Confidently operate across different integration contexts, making informed tradeoffs and documenting decisions.
Lead technical implementation for a feature or partner go-live, coordinating with stakeholders for alignment.
Anticipate potential problems in requirements or design, reframing them with data and alternative solutions before they become blockers.
Contribute high-quality code reviews that not only ensure standards, but also provide mentorship and elevate peers’ design and coding practices.

Within 9 months, you will:

Lead and deliver a small-to-medium scoped project independently, including technical design, planning, and rollout.
Build trust with cross-functional and external stakeholders by representing engineering context and constraints clearly.
Proactively identify technical debt or process gaps and drive initiatives to resolve them with measurable impact.
Demonstrate readiness for the next level by consistently owning delivery, influencing peers, and shaping team practices that raise the overall bar.

What You’ll Bring

Proficient in advanced English communication, both written and spoken.
Plus: previous experience with integrations or core banking systems is a strong differentiator.
