Operations & Customer Service Representative (T&T)

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Operations & Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day warehousing and logistics operations. This role serves as a key point of communication between customers, warehouse teams, carriers, and internal operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and eager to build a career in logistics and supply chain. Previous warehousing or logistics experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, inventory, and warehouse activity.

• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and provide timely status updates.

• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are received, processed, picked, staged, and shipped accurately.

• Enter and maintain customer orders and shipment information in warehouse and transportation systems.

• Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments with customers and carriers.

• Track shipments and proactively communicate delays, exceptions, or operational issues.

• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, and internal communication platforms.

• Assist with inventory inquiries, order discrepancies, damaged freight, and missing product.

• Review shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy.

• Maintain accurate notes and records for customer accounts and operational activities.\

• Work closely with warehouse supervisors, transportation teams, and customer service representatives to resolve issues quickly.

• Assist with daily reporting and other administrative or operational tasks as needed.
