Sales Support Representative
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Representative to work directly with a Regional Sales Representative. This role is designed to streamline the sales process by managing pre-sale activity, handling quotes and follow-ups, and serving as a key point of contact for customers during the sales cycle.
The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who truly loves the sales environment. You will take ownership of critical support tasks, allowing the sales representative to focus on building relationships and driving new business. We are looking for a proactive, driven, and intuitive problem solver who can anticipate needs and navigate challenges independently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
- Prepare and manage customer quotes from start to finish.
- Follow up on open quotes and customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts during the sales process.
- Assist customers with product selection and pricing strategies.
Account Coordination
- Support the Regional Sales Representative in managing and growing key accounts.
- Maintain consistent, high-quality communication with customers to ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate internally across departments as needed to support the sales process.
Order & Process Management
- Ensure all transaction details, including pricing, product specifications, and delivery timelines, are accurate.
- Manage inbound leads and route them appropriately within the team.
- Maintain meticulous CRM records and account notes.
- Assist in the creation of proposals and sales materials.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in a sales or sales support role.
- Highly proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. You should be fully proficient across the Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suites.
- A proactive and driven "self-starter" with an intuitive approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine motivation for sales and a desire to contribute to a high-performing revenue team.
